What is your cancellation policy?

We are unable to cancel any orders after 12 hours from when the order was placed. If you've placed an order and have changed your mind, please email customer support at "support@nuchas.com" within 12 hours.

 

2. I chose the wrong shipping address, can I change it? 

You have 12 hours from when you've placed your order to adjust your shipping address, after 24 hours we will not be able to accept any adjustments to the shipping address.
